James Thomas Gagne
Founder & CEO, KYNTRX Logistics
James T. Gagne is a global transportation and logistics executive, entrepreneur, and investor with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling asset-light supply chain platforms across North America, Europe, and Asia. He previously served as President & CEO of SEKO Logistics, where he led the company’s transformation into a global enterprise spanning 60 countries, 150 offices, and $2.4B in revenue following its private-equity recapitalization.
Across his career, James has led or supported 40+ acquisitions and joint ventures, and has held senior leadership roles with SEKO Logistics, Agility, BAX Global / Schenker, and A.P. Moller–Maersk. He spent more than two decades living and operating in China and Hong Kong, building deep expertise across global forwarding, contract logistics, cross-border operations, and compliance-intensive supply chains.
James is the Founder & CEO of KYNTRX Logistics, a next-generation, technology-native, asset-light platform built to serve critical infrastructure industries where precision, security, and resilience matter most. He also serves as a Board Trustee of the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI) and Airlink and is an active investor and advisor to technology-enabled supply chain ventures.
